PEAK FARM

Our Philosophy

Our name is our aspiration. ‘Peak Farm’ reflects our vision, which is simple: we want our food to be the best.

‘Peak’ – the pinnacle, the point at which something is at its strongest, most successful, or most fully developed.

We farm regeneratively – with nature, not against it. This is not ideology, it comes with hard real-world benefits: no artificial fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides, growth promoters, growth inhibitors, ripening agents.

Food stays fresh for longer, is more nutritious, almost no packaging. Less wasted food.

You work out the benefits.

We operate locally, so our product uses very little packaging and transport. The wider environment benefits, and contributes, too. Healthy soil = healthy plants = healthy people. Win-win.

What We Grow

PEAK FARMS

Everything we grow is designed to provide maximum and balanced nourishment.
Seasonal produce offered all year round

Seasonal Vegetables

We work with the seasons – seasonal vegetables are crucial to human health, providing the right food at the right time. So no artificially or force-grown vegetables, flown across the planet. Just a balance of clean food, all year round.

Bulb Vegetables

Layered vegetables with wide-ranging flavours – onions, leeks, garlic, spring onions.

Salad & Greens

Mixed salad leaves all year, and leafy, cruciferous and stem vegetables to maximise nutritional range and taste.

Fruiting Vegetables

In-season high nutrition favourites – tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, courgetttes, cucumbers and more.

Roots and Tubers

Higher energy foods, nature’s storage mechanisms making nutrition available even at times of the year even when some plants find it hard to grow.

Legumes

Peas and beans. High protein (and other nutrients), great flavours
